Friday, 15 October, sees Marc Secara together with orchestra and guest star Pe Werner celebrating the opening night of his stage show. In honour of Bert Kaempfert. In the city where on 16 October the composer was born, and in remembrance of his death thirty years ago. Not only has Kaempfert’s music survived the intervening decades but, thirty years after his passing, he is still providing new hits! Marc Secara presents well-known compositions from Kaempfert’s songbook as well as “hidden treasures in new guise”.
